Popped Arrowhead Wild Rice is delicious and our new family favorite! Sprinkle it on salad, use it as a topping on a steak, it’s even delicious on strawberries and vanilla ice cream. Enjoy!!
- 3 tablespoons of coconut oil in a kettle.
- 1/3 cup of Arrowhead Wild Rice
Get oil hot and then add a few grains of rice to determine if the oil is hot enough.
When rice puffs up oil is ready for the remaining wild rice to be added. Add 1/3 cup of Arrowhead Wild Rice and cover kettle with a lid and shake the pan back and forth until you no longer hear a popping sound.
Enjoy popped rice!
